Welcome to AYL Studio AYL Studio is a lash and brow studio specializing in customized services designed to enhance your natural features. Every appointment is tailored to your eye shape, lifestyle, and goals while prioritizing lash health and long-term results. Our goal is simple: beautiful lashes and brows in a relaxing, welcoming environment. Studio Policies Deposits & Payments * Deposits are applied toward your service total. * Remaining balances may be paid via Zelle, cash, or card through GlossGenius. * Tips are always appreciated and may be provided separately via cash, or artists PERSONAL Venmo or Zelle. Cancellations & No-Shows * Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours are subject to a forfeited deposit or a 30% cancellation fee, whichever is greater. * No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals * Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and are subject to the cancellation policy. Refill Policy * Lash refills require a minimum of 40% lash retention. Appointments below this threshold will be booked as a full set. Guests & Children * No additional guests or children are permitted during appointments. Illness * If you are feeling unwell, please notify us as soon as possible. Repeated last-minute illness cancellations may still be subject to policy enforcement.
