Welcome to AYL Studio AYL Studio is a lash & brow studio specializing in customized services designed to enhance your natural features. Each appointment is tailored to your features, lifestyle, and desired look while prioritizing lash health and long-term results. STUDIO POLICIES Deposits & Payments Deposits are applied toward your service total. Remaining balances may be paid via Zelle, cash, or card through GlossGenius. Tips may be provided separately via cash or your artist’s personal Venmo/Zelle. Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours are subject to the forfeited deposit or a 30% cancellation fee, whichever is greater. No-shows are charged 100%. Late Arrivals Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and are subject to the cancellation policy. Refills A minimum of 40% lash retention is required for refill appointments. Anything below 40% will require a full set. Guests & Children No additional guests or children are permitted during appointments. Illness If you’re feeling unwell, please notify us as soon as possible. Repeated last-minute illness cancellations may still be subject to the cancellation policy.
