AYL Studio is a lash & brow studio built on the belief that beauty should feel personal, intentional, and refined. Every set is customized to enhance your natural features while prioritizing health and longevity. Founded by Aylin, the studio’s approach is rooted in thoughtful customization. Considering eye shape, lifestyle, and aesthetic goals to create results that feel effortless and uniquely yours. Beyond lashes & brows, AYL Studio offers a calm, elevated experience designed to help you slow down, unplug, and leave feeling like the most polished version of yourself. AYL Studio is supported by a small, carefully trained team who upholds the same standards, techniques, and attention to detail that define the AYL signature. Thank you for trusting AYL Studio with your beauty. Studio Policies Deposits & Payments Deposits are applied toward your service total. Remaining balances can be paid via Zelle to the business account. Payments may also be made through GlossGenius (subject to a 3.5% processing fee) or in cash. Tips are greatly appreciated and may be provided separately via the artist’s personal Zelle, Venmo, or cash. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a forfeit of the deposit or a 30% cancellation fee, whichever is greater. No-shows are subject to a 100% service charge. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to ensure the best experience. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and are subject to the cancellation policy. Refill Policy Refills are available for clients with 40% or more lash retention. Appointments outside of this guideline will be booked as a full set. No Guest Policy For the safety, comfort, and relaxation of all clients, no additional guests or children are permitted during appointments. Health & Illness If you are feeling unwell, please notify us as soon as possible. Repeated last-minute reschedules due to illness may still be subject to policy enforcement.
